Spago4Q is an open source platform for measuring, analyzing, and monitoring quality in products, processes, and services. It allows companies to implement quality certification processes and service level management systems. Spago4Q defines quality models, key performance indicators (KPIs) and required data, extracts information from various sources, computes indicator values, and displays results through customizable reports. The complete process includes model definition, KPI computation rules, data extraction and warehousing, trigger-based computation, and result visualization.
