BUSINESS PLAN 2006
CJ's Castle Children's Center is a childcare facility that opened in 1990 and aims to provide high-quality care. It currently cares for up to 12 children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old. The business plan proposes expanding the facility to New Vision Fellowship Church to care for 54-68 children. The expansion would implement strict standards of care focused on each child's needs, education, and bonding with caregivers. Marketing would remain local through the church and community to promote the grand opening.
