There are 8 secrets to wealth and once you recognize what adjustments you need to make, then wealth creation and revenue generation come much more easily to employees and entrepreneurs alike.
In Jungian personality theory, people fall into a number of types. Firstly, individuals fall somewhere along the introversion-extroversion continuum, depending on whether they are primarily oriented to their own inner reality, or the outer world. In addition, everyone has a dominant function, one of: thinking; feeling; sensation or intuition.
But from a depth psychotherapy perspective, what is particularly important about Jungian personality theory is the orientation where the individual is weak. FOr it is those weak parts of the personality, that the person is seeking to develop and to come to wholeness or individualtion. So, we can learn a great deal about ourselves, if we can undersatnd our areas of inherent weakness, and where psyche is trying to work towards wholeness.

You’ve got a presentation coming up in two months.
What do you do? Get cracking on that speech immediately or do you wait?
You’ve got time after all. Then 2-months turns into a month. A month turns into a week and now you’re panicked.
Why did you procrastinate so long? Why did you put off writing your speech?
I posed this question to my network on LinkedIn: What's the hardest part of writing your speech?
The results of this informal poll revealed the biggest block to writing a speech is (drumroll please):

Apparently, it's more fun to scrub a toilet then to write your presentation. It's easy to sit down in front of the computer, stare at the pulsating cursor while "what the heck should I talk about?" runs through your head on repeat like the Games of Thrones theme song.
Let's make it a whole lot easier to get your speech started! Use these 7 strategies to write your speech with ease.
Need a simple formula for answering the age-old business question: to meet or not to meet?
Problem solved! Thanks to the meetings and business collaboration experts at PGi, this easy-to-use, seven-question equation will help you determine if a meeting is the right answer - or if alternate methods are better suited for the situation.

"Ready, Set, Go!" Using LibGuides Training Modules to Quickly Orient New Student Employees & Streamline Training, a presentation by Ashley Creek during SpringyCamp 2016.
Running a business and being an entrepreneur means making the most of your money. But an entrepreneur often makes the mistake of thinking that a business is more expensive to run than it actually is! The key is to be conscious about what you are spending money on, and to avoid the pitfalls of focusing on everything except your revenue.
Selected passages from "Facing Death" by Robert Kavanagh (1974). Kavanagh emphasizes the need for us to truly and honestly confront our real feelings and emotions about death. Only when we know and acknowledge our true feelings will we no longer need to pummel and smash our emotional selves behind artificial defences. This message has particular importance for dealing with the death of a parent.
This is a very high-level presentation touching on the topics that are covered in "digital marketing" space - specifically as it applies to local businesses. Designed for live presentations. Contact Maximize to book a presentation for your organization.

Communicating with the 5 Generations in the WorkplaceMary Erlain, CMS
5 Generations in the Workplace…
This is the root cause of many of the problems in business today that affects growth, productivity, and profitability on the business level, but more importantly erodes valuable relationships in the workplace. Our culture is diverse in age, heritage, gender, etc. This book was written to help bridge the gaps around generational diversity. Whether you are a solo business owner, large company, or any point in between, “Communicating with the 5 Generations in the Workplace” will change the way you view your business world (and maybe help you on the home front too).
There is a great generational divide that exists in our culture which began around 2011. This causes confusion, conflict, productivity challenges, customer issues, leadership and management gaps, and overall tension in the workplace and loss in revenue and profitability. How can we manage these gaps and even more importantly, use them to our advantage?
Develop the understanding and skills to work with ALL of your people in business
Understand the negative consequences of taking the “you are DIFFERENT; therefore WRONG” approach
Reap the rewards of viewing others as “you are NOT WRONG; just DIFFERENT“
This book will help you move from a place of mediocrity and conflict to a state of organizational excellence!
Currently available as an in-house workshop or development process for companies

Step away from the computer and take a more creative approach to writing your speech.
