Omnicom Group Inc. reported financial results for the second quarter and first six months of 2005. For the second quarter, net income increased 10% to $225.8 million and diluted EPS grew 13% to $1.24. Worldwide revenue rose 9% to $2.6 billion. For the first six months, net income increased 10% to $376.3 million and diluted EPS grew 13% to $2.05, while worldwide revenue grew 8% to $5 billion.
