In house Coordinate Measuring, Hardness Testing and Automated Optical Sorting equipment ensures quality is maintained to consistently high standards. • 2 x Keyence Image Dimension Measurement System
• 2 x Q5000 Mectron qualifier laser sorting machines with the ability to
sort male components with diameters of 5mm-28mm and lengths
from 10mm-105mm
• 1 x Tesa 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurement
range 500 deep x 400 wide x 300 height, with Renishaw probe
• 1 x LKG90C CMM, measurement with CNC control, range 800 deep x
700 wide x 600 height, with full motorised Renishaw probe
• 1 x Optical projector (Shadowgraph)
• Thread plug and ring gauges
• Height gauges, Vernier calipers and micrometres.
• 2 x Wilson Tukon Vickers micro hardness testing machines,
range 0.3-1kg and 5-30kg HV

standards and manufacturers specifications.
