I made a wireframe for a plant trading website

1. Plant trading app

My app is designed so you can trade or sell cuttings with
your local community so that you can easily grow your plant
collection without having to buy more and not throw away so
much parts of that aloe plant that you accidentally let grow
wild. It only shows you offers of plants within a distance
the user is ok travling for a new plant. Once a deal has been
made the app can find a location midway to trade.

● A way to get rid of her cuttings
● Get more variety in her collection
● Find guardining enthusiasts in her area
Frustrations
● there are no community events near her that are related to her hobby
● Most online forums online are worldwide
● Delivery kills the plants most of the time

5. Flora grace
Flora has always been obsessed with plants but she has no idea where to
start
Needs
● A easy plant to start at a good price
● A friend to help her start her gardening endevors
Frustrations
● The workers at the local shop mostly dont know how to properly take
care of the plants. And are not really looking to make connections
● Its hard to find an in to a community you dont realy know who is a
member.

6. Competitive reserch
Currently the closest thing to competition i have is facebook
marketplace, craigslist, and r/plantrade
Facebook and craiglist have a function to see how far the
sellers are from you or tho look in your region but you do
have to sort through a bunch of unrelated items that happen
to have a similar key word.
r/plantrade while all of it is relevant its all over and done
by delivery. I can trust getting snacks by mail but i dont
trust FedEx with my plants.
