A 12-year-old female patient presented with spacing in her upper anterior teeth. An examination found that she was missing 7 teeth and her radiograph confirmed the missing teeth along with the absence of 4 third molars. Her treatment plan included a removable partial denture, light cure restoration of tooth 22 to correct its morphology, and glass ionomer restoration of her carious teeth 36 and 46.

This case report describes the treatment of a 11-year old boy who suffered multiple facial fractures including fractures of the mandibular body and condyle, avulsion of a maxillary lateral incisor, and a horizontal root fracture of a maxillary central incisor from an automobile accident. Initial examination revealed abrasions, lacerations, limited mouth opening, and deviation upon opening. CBCT imaging showed fractures of the mandibular body, condyle, and lingual side. Treatment included closed reduction techniques, a vacuum formed splint, brackets on posterior teeth, analgesics, antibiotics, and endodontic therapy. Follow up at 18 months and 6 years showed healing of the fractures with normal jaw function and movement restored.

We report a case of a 7-yeas old boy with Cornea plana who presented with heavy amblyiopia due to high refractive error. Cornea plana is a genetically determined condition that can be accompanied by a range of complications and have virtually no possible treatment. Radiographic examination showed radiolucency extending from the pulp chamber involving more than half of the root length. Based on the clinical and radiographic findings, I would recommend performing pulpectomy of tooth #30 under local anesthesia. The procedure would involve access opening, removal of inflamed/necrotic pulp tissue, shaping and cleaning of the root canal system and obturation. Post-operative instructions would include pain

- 2. A 12 years old female patient came to Outpatient Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, with a chief complaint of spacing in the upper anterior teeth.
- 3. Intraoral examination: • Patient was in mixed dentition stage with retained 55,65 and clinically missing 12, 13 14, 15, 23, 24 & 25. • Angle’s class I molar relation was evident bilaterally. • 22 has talon’s cusp • Pit and fissure caries in 36 & 46 .
- 4. • An OPG was taken to confirm the clinically missing teeth and detect for any other abnormalities . • The radiograph confirmed the absence of seven clinically missing teeth. • In addition,four third molars were found to be absent.

- 6. Treatment plan : • Removable partial denture was planned. • Light cure restoration of 22 to correct the morphology of the tooth. • Glass ionomer restoration of carious 36 & 46.
