A 9-year-old female patient reported fractured teeth due to trauma. Clinical examination and radiographs revealed Ellis class III fracture of tooth #21 and Ellis class II fractures of teeth #11 and #12 with mild mobility. The treatment plan included splinting teeth #53 to #63, performing a Cvek pulpotomy with mineral trioxide aggregate on tooth #21, and placing light-cure resin restorations on teeth #11 and #12. The treatment was carried out with isolation using an OptraDam and resulted in successful pulpotomy and restorations.
