Sanju Manna, a 14-year-old male, presented with trauma to his upper front teeth after a fall while playing 15 days prior. On examination, his upper right central incisor was found to be completely avulsed. To replace the missing tooth and address esthetic concerns, a treatment plan of a Maryland bridge for the right maxillary central incisor was developed. The bridge was fabricated, tried in, and ultimately placed to restore function and esthetics for the patient.

4. •The patient was physically healthy and had no
history of relevant medical complications
•Patient gives history of trauma to upper anterior
teeth 15 days before while he was playing and had a
fall resulting in trauma to anterior teeth.

5. Intra-oral examination
•On clinical examination , it was found that upper right
central incisors was completely avulsed ,the empty
socket was confirmed clinically and radiographically.
•The patient was esthetically concern and wanted
replacement for the missing tooth.

6. TREATMENT PLANNING
•Upper and lower impression were recorded.
•Oral prophylaxis was done with ultrasonic
scaling.
•Maryland bridge was planned for replacement
of right maxillary central incisor.
