• Makes recommendations to the client for refurbishment,
upgrading, repair and maintenance of the building.
• Ensures that all company policies, systems and procedures are
strictly implemented.
• Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of
house rules and government regulations relative to the project.
• Responsible for the preparation and efficient monitoring of annual
operating budget of the project.
• Prepares and submits monthly reports on or before the deadline,
(as per contract agreement).
• Implements professional management system and program as
may be required by the Company from time-to-time.
• Attends meetings and submits special reports as and when
required.
• Responsible for proper monitoring of contractor’s employees to
ensure compliance to all building rules and regulations.
• Regularly and promptly inform the Central Office Management of
all occurrences and other pertinent incidents or situation vital to
the overall objectives of the Company.
• Responsible for the strict compliance to all government laws that
are pertinent to and relative to the business of the Company.
• Ensures that safety rules and regulations are complied with.
• Responsible for the honest and efficient funds management of the
project’s assets.
• Conducts regular walk-around and inspections to ensure that all
delegated tasks are adhered.
• Responsible to get to know and be known by clients in the project
by making oneself visible as frequent as possible and be
accessible to address their inquiries and needs verbally or written.
• Responsible for the preventive and routine maintenance program
and operation schedule are carried about efficiently.
• Responsible to initiate and implement first line of discipline to
subordinates to ensure that all staff is adhering to company
policies, rules and regulations.
