The document reports on a task force charged with examining support for off-campus teaching at Clemson University. It provides an overview of a faculty survey on off-campus programming which found that the greatest potential for off-campus education at the Moore School of Education was blended online and on-site programs, as well as traditional face-to-face programs. However, the greatest concerns about off-campus programs were a lack of administrative assistance, IT support, and infrastructure to support non-traditional and research-involved students. The task force will focus on how to expand off-campus programming, maintain university culture, and advance the off-campus agenda at Clemson.
