Observations
Supine
• No gaze contact or visual tracking observed.
• Prefers to turn head to left side but able to turn to both sides
• Spontaneous movt of b/l UL and LL observed. (L > R)
• Repeated hand to mouth movt. (L > R)
• Bidextrous grasp is v infrequent. Does not pass object from one
hand to the other.
• Rib flaring +
• Pelvis in midline
• LE: Spontaneous movt + b/l (L > R)
• Hip neutral ankle PF b/l. Slower movts in R LE.
• Transitions: Rolls to both sides (L>R). Is able to roll from supine to
prone (observed only from L side)
Prone
• Able to lift head and turn to both sides. Pref to left.
• UE: shoulder adducted, elbows flexed, forearm pronated, wrist in
neutral. Takes hand to mouth (left). Infrequently attempts to lift head.
Does not attempt to bear weight. Scapula equidistant from midline.
Prominent medial border. Spine and pelvis in midline.
• LE: Hip ext, R Hip IR, Knee ext, B/L ankle PF,
Sitting
• Attains sitting without arm propping. W- sitting with forward neck
posture. Elbow flex, Reaches and grasps w Left hand. Brings toy to
mouth.
