2. INTRODUCTION
 Since 2008, Han-Hsien Tuan has served as the managing partner of Tuan
Olona, LLP, which practices real estate, corporate finance, construction, and
general corporate law. Han-Hsien Tuan received his JD from the New York
University School of Law, which will hold a conference, entitled Antitrust in
Developing Countries: Competition Policy in a Politicized World, on October 27,
2017.
Antitrust in Developing Countries will explore issues surrounding the surge in
nationalism throughout the world at a time when developing countries are joining
the global economic system. The conference will focus on a diverse array of
countries, encompassing Argentina, Chile, China, and Turkey.
Attendees will hear from several speakers, including Makan Delrahim, Deputy
Counsel to the President in the Office of the White House Counsel. The
conference’s session titles include “Pharmaceuticals: Pricing and Access” and
“Impact of the New Nationalism on Competition and Economic Development in
Developing Countries.” The conference will close with the presentation of the
American Association of Law Schools Lifetime Achievement Award to Professor
Eleanor Fox of NYU School of Law.
