Goal: To test and locate defects in multiple applications, document recommendations of improvements and
work alongside the programmers to improve applications.
Value: By identifying defects,programmers have a clear understanding ofthe areas to improve and are better
able to focus their time more effectively to ensure a seamless application.
My Contribution:
 Was given additional responsibility to regression test specific programs before released to clients.
 Led the next version of testing and became the main expert on the new processes added.
 Helped shape a new concept, SmartSearch, and test the implementation throughout all the
applications. Ensured the consistently ofimplementation across all applications.

Goal: To analyze the current Client Billing processes to identify potential improvements, implement solutions,
and aid coworkers through the billing transition.
Value: By implementing prospective enhancements,my team and othercoworkers are able to better serve the
client in a more personalized, organized fashion.
My Contribution:
 Identified enhancements that aided coworkers and improved the Client Billing process.
 Communicated with coworkers to determine business requirements.
 Helped develop a systemfor coworkers to easily and quickly obtain information.
 Consulted with several large clients and ensured services were meeting client’s expectations.

Goal: To manage and mentor 176 members, developed new members to flourish through their college career.
Value: Laid foundation for the new members to successfully challenge themselves and mature into women who
aspire excellence from themselves and those around them.
My Contribution:
 Planned, budgeted and ran a two-day event for 320 people. Communicated with advisors and vendors,
also stayed within a set budget and deadline.
 Designed and guided implementation of a new education program, while assisting with member’s
transition.
 Established the Intellectual Development Committee which ensures that education is actively
promoted to new members and offers more individualized attention.
