Nursing Outcome Measure
Office of Institutional Analysis’ Mission
• The Office of Institutional Analysis in order to support the academic
mission of UTHSCSA :
• Provides official current and historical UTHSCSA data in a timely manner;
• Serves as the primary student information data source for state and federal agencies,
national statistical surveys, questionnaires, related professional organizations, and
other internal and external data requests;
• Develops, coordinates, and maintains a data warehouse, reports, and critical
indicators for AFSA and UTHSCSA;
• Reviews student records to verify accuracy of institutional data definitions and
integrity, as well as coordinates with others to ensure that data are accurately
collected, updated, and maintained;
• Supports accreditation compliance and activities, such as providing student and
faculty data for SACS reviewers, and providing student information to academic
department for individual academic accreditation.
