The client expects a simple answer to their complex problem but you know the solution might be a little outside of their comfort zone. How do we tackle this? How do we take a traditional business into the realm of Design Thinking and how can having a beer solve a brief? In this talk we will cover how creative thinking might be helpful with otherwise traditional briefings. - Nuria has been working at These Days as a digital PM and Experience Designer (+8 years), focused primarily on Finance, Automotive and Pharmaceutical clients. As the owner of Crónica, she continues her path as a Design Thinking advocate and UX specialist.

There is a process to collaborate but it is unclear to many. The roles and responsibilities are not easy to understand, so team members struggle with initiating the process.
