2014 under application number 58144 for the development of up to 45 dwellings along
with open space, playground, forest school, additional school parking and associated
landscaping and infrastructure works.
TECHNICAL
A section 106 agreement dated 30th October 2014 provides for a number of financial
contributions and affordable housing at 35%. A technical pack containing copies of the
planning permission, S106 and utility information along with a ground investigation
report is available from the agents.
