and open space was granted on appeal under reference number APP/Y1110/A/14/2215771
on the 29th October 2014. This decision was challenged by the local planning authority under
section 288 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and this challenge was dismissed on
12th June 2015.
Three S106 agreements were entered into dealing with social housing (at a rate of 35%), highway
improvements and open space
