SEATON

East Devon District Council granted outline planning permission under application
number 13/0304/MOUT for the erection of 90 apartments (2 bedroom) on the 1st August
2013 and subsequently approved a non-material amendment to the wording so that 90
units (2 bedroom) were also approved.
TECHNICAL
A S106 agreement exists dated 11th July 2013 which deals with a number of issues
but there are no financial contributions and no affordable housing required from this
development.
