Total energy savings 10% and less than 20%:
Must install air sealing. May install insulation, water
heater and/or duct sealing and duct insulation measures.
50% up to $2,000

measure.

2013 Customer Incentives
(January 1 through June 30)
Single Family
4. Production Incentive :
Contractors ≥10 field inspections:
• $700 production incentive per project
• No production incentive if selected field inspected project fails
inspection.
Contractors ≤10 field inspections:
• Will not be subject to the above penalties to incentives for the
first ten consecutive field inspections.
• After ten field inspections are completed, the same rule will
apply regardless of whether the contractor has performed
adequately to warrant a decreased inspection rate.

Overview:
• Complete energy audit
• Input energy audit data and proposed eligible measures in RHA
• Print RHA Proposed Measures document verifying projects TES
• Sign contract with homeowner
• Claims HPwES incentives in RHA
• If financing, send documents to provider
• Begin contracted work
• Complete work and test-out
• Homeowner signs RHA generated Certificate of Completion
• Fax Work Completion application to HPwES
• Quality Control technical document review and/or field inspection
- First 10 projects mandatory field inspection
- Thereafter, random 10-15% field inspection
• Incentives are processed to OCE

7. Auto Proceed WC Application MUSTs!
! MUST submit a complete application!
! MUST include the Customer Participation Agreement for ALL projects and
MUST be signed by customer and contractor with utility account numbers and
rebate assignment!
! MUST include 12 consecutive months of homeowner utility/deliverable fuel usage!
! MUST include the RHA generated Certificate of Completion for all projects and
MUST be signed by customer and contractor!
! MUST include a fully completed HPwES Audit Data Collection Form!
! MUST input all the energy audit data in RHA!
! MUST include a fully completed Test-out Form for all projects!
! MUST provide itemized pricing for each eligible measure with the total cost in
RHA matching your contract to the exact penny!
