Work Experience
• Presently working as a Security Officer in Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ),
Mundra which is India’s largest private multi-port operator (since Dec’14)
• Apr’14-Nov’14 working as a Security Officer at Vivanta By Taj, Panaji, Goa(Taj group hotel).
• Jun’11 to Aprl’14 working as a Security Officer at Coastal Gujarat Power Ltd, Mundra, (A Tata
Power Co Ltd-the first Ultra Mega Power Project (UMPP), Biggest Thermal Power Plant in India with
4000 MW Capacity in an area of 1300 Hectares).
 Operational Skills:
• Supervising directly the access control (labor access movement of more than 12000-14000 labors, 1000-
1200 visitors in a shift at APSEZ, Mundra site), material movement (at CGPL site), Frisking operation,
Labor entry at the gates.
• Physical security of perimeter
• Organizing surprise combing operation/LHC (Labor Head Count) for checking gate passes and other
miscellaneous information.

• Providing Security assistance for VIP/VVIP Visit at the site (for visit of port and APSEZ site and APL
area).
• Conducting Mock Drill scenario to check-out emergency preparedness of fire, safety & security

• Being in charge of Traffic acts as a traffic controller and incident/accident controller at site where more
than 7000-8000 (including 3000-4000 material & cargo HMVs) vehicles arrived on daily basis. (Won
LETTER OF APPRECIATION by CEO Mr. Ennarasu Karunasen in Mar’16 for Life Saving Act during
performing Traffic Duty as on 19.02.2016).
• Having good knowledge of using security gadgets ie DFMD, HHMD, Baggage Scanner, Mirror Trolley,
Traffic gadgets etc.
 Administrative Operations & Facility Management.
Monitoring & coordinating the day to day administrative activities which include:
• Transportation/Travel management of security personals
• Monitoring Housekeeping & maintenance of buildings / structures / equipment’s / furniture / security
(traffic) assets etc.
• Liasoning & coordination with internal (Employees/Departments) & external (Vendors / Contractors)
customers.
• Planning, purchasing, procuring & ordering for printing of stationary & inventories along with issue &
controls at CGPL site.

 Started career after graduating with group company of Tata Power i.e. Coastal Gujarat Power
Ltd., Mundra (the first Ultra Mega Power Project (UMPP), India) in the year 2011 and recent
working in Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ), Mundra (India’s largest
private multi-port operator).
 Developed and implemented various security related Standard Operation Procedure namely
• Online Visitor Management/Registration System (VMS) installed as on 1st April’14 at CGPL site and
CRC(Customer Reception Centre, Mundra (The customer reception centre was inaugurated by CEO
Ennarasu on 16th March 2016 which is milestone for the first impression and experience to the customers)
• Vehicle Management System (Generating VEP) for all two and four wheeler vehicles running
inside APSEZ, Mundra.
• Works on APMS (Adani Port Management System) used for generating GPs(Gate passes) to all
HMV (Material & Cargo vehicles coming for Port and CFS area).
• Online Contract Labor Management System (CLMS/PEP)
• Online Daily Occurrence Report System (DSR/MIS/IR/PIR/MSoR etc.)

VMS & CLM Pass System/Id card Section:
 Biometrics based Registration, identification and blacklisting System.
 Manage pass section/ID cell including making of visitor passes through VMS (Visitor management Pass
System), making of labor contractor entry permits on CLM(Contractor Labor management) system, making &
activation of CGPL employee, consultant’s & VIP Id card’s & interim access, restricting of access to the non-
concerned employee to a particular zone etc.
 Implementation of Enterprise Security management Applications like online Entry permits, Visitor passes, out
gate passes, photography permits, vehicle passes and Inter site material movement at APSEZ, Mundra
during innovation and processing of PEP/VEP, TAP & Visitor passes at newly inaugurated CRC-Customer
Reception Centre & Pass Section.
General Administration:
