I bring a computational focus to the study of the complex data generated in systems biology. I am particularly
interested in developing hands-on algorithms to simplify and elucidate the structure of the complex networks
underlying data, with the goal to generate concrete results in a range of systems biology problems including
immunology, cancer biology and DNA packing. My background, combines research in the mathematics of high
dimensional spaces, applied statistics and genomics.
