SEBI/CORPORATE UPDATES
 Vide SEBI PR No. 225/2015 dated September 1, 2015 SEBI invites
comments on recommendations of committee on clearing corporations
 Vide DGFT Notification No. 19 /2015-2020 dated September 4, 2015
Government notified amendment of General Notes No.10 regarding
Import Policy whereby Textiles and Textile Articles originating from
specific countries as in para 2.III are exempted from testing of samples for
presence of Azo Dyes.
 Vide DGFT PUBLIC NOTICE NO.: 33/2015-2020 dated September 4,
2015 notified regarding New SION in Textile Product Group.
 Vide Notification F. No. IRDAI/Reg/13/103/2015 dated 24 August, 2015
IRDA's new norms sets targets for insurers while insuring policies in rural
sectors.
RBI/TAX LAW UPDATES
 Vide Notification F. No. 01/04/Circular/CESTAT/2014 dated September 1,
2015 High court of Allahabad directed that pending appeals of Uttar
Pradesh shall be transferred to CESTAT, Allahabad.
 Vide Notification ref F.No.328/08/2015-WT dated 3rd September, 2015
issued by CBDT, it is clarified that Due date of filing wealth-tax returns
also extended till 7-9-2015.
 Vide CBEC Notification No. 46/2015-Customs (ADD) dated September 4,
2015 seeks to levy definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of Acrylonitrile
Butadiene Rubber (NBR), originating in or exported from Korea RP for a
period of five years.
 Vide CBEC Notification No. 84/2015 - Customs (N.T.) dated September 3,
2015 notified rate of exchange of conversion of the foreign currency with
effect from 4th September, 2015.
 Vide CBDT Notification No. 4/2015 dated September 4, 2015 issued
procedure for registration and submission of report as per clause (k) of
sub-section (1) OF SECTION 285BA of Income-tax Act, 1961 read with Sub
rule (7) of Rule 114G of Income-tax Rules, 1962.
