Visiting Our Church
Please followthe directive ofour hospitality team for all weekend Masses. The
sign, “please sit here”, indicates the place where you can sit in the Church,
Individuals should sit at the end ofthe seat and families and groups in the
middle to maximize space. Extra space is available in the Hall with a high
resolution screen and modern sound system. Sanitisation is available at both
locations and Holy Communion will be distributed to both areas.The
Sanitation machines are operated by your foot. Please place hands next to the
spout in an open position and press the pedal once. Missalette are provided
for all Masses. Please dispose ofyour copy after Mass in the bin on the way
out. The Church operates a one – way system. Please enter by the back door
and exit by the side door. The Hall also operates a one-way system. Please
enter on the Church side and exit by the emergency exit attached to the Annex
in the Hall. Just push the door open and exit into the car park. Your help and
support is appreciated. Both locations are sanitised after all Masses.
Church Envelopes2020/21
We are currently working on the parish Envelops for the newchurch year
which begins in November. Ifyou are not receiving Parish Envelopes or are
not registered in the parish, please contact the Parish Office during the week.
Due to cost and labour we are no longer sending envelops to Parishioners who
do not use them. However, ifyou are resident in the Parish please consider
registering and supporting your Church. Please do so before the end ofthis
month.
Community Centre
The Community Centre is open once again as various groups return.
Please make sure that rent is paid or direct debits are reinstated for the
maintains of the Hall.
Supporting our Church
Collection Baskets are available in the Church and Community Centre at the
entrance and exit points as no collection will be taken up during Mass. Also,
you can drop your envelopesinto the letter box at the Presbytery or in the
Church during the week. Ifyou would like to help with the roofrepairs,
please drop your contribution into the collection marked,”Church Roof”.

Tobernalt Holy Well
The Holy Well is a wonderful place to visit during these uncertain times. Here
on this sacred soil each person has a chance to reflect,pray and light a candle
for various petitions.

Some Weddings have changed dates for the coming year. We are here to
facilitate you with your needs ifpossible. Please contact us if you need any

Positive Parenting
A 5-week course is commencing on Tuesday Sep 29th and runs from 7pm-
9pm weekly (Tue Sep 29th, Oct 6th,Oct 13th & Oct 20th and Nov 10th) This
Group will take place by video conferencing.To find out more and book a

Confirmation
Congratulation to the Boys and Girls who received the Sacrament of
Confirmation on Saturday. The Ceremony was led by Fr. Jim with
some teachers from the school. Every Blessing in the future.
First Holy Communion
Mrs O’ Rourke’s will take place on 19th
September and Miss Mc Sharry’s will
take place on 26th
September. Both are at 1pm. Information
and Directive for both Ceremonies will be sent out to Parents.
Obviously both will take place in line with HSE directive and
in the interestofthe safety ofall involved.

Alzheimer’s Memory Walk – Virtual Event
Going virtual will provide a wonderful for opportunity for everyone to ‘Walk
Together’, while staying apart, to help raise much needed funds for people
living with dementia in their communities all across Ireland. There are over
500,000 families affected by dementia in Ireland and we wanted to hold an
event that was accessible to everyone, from granny and grandchildren to our
