In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Tobernalt Holy Well – Rosary
The Rosary continues at the Holy Well each evening at 8.00pm for the month of May.
Please come along and remember Our Lady and your intention for this month
Candles should only be lit on the various Candelabras on the grounds. Mass on
Tuesday 28th May at 8pm for Examinations, Peace and Temperance.
Holy Well Rosary Rally at Knock
Rosary Rally will take place at Knock Shrine on Saturday 1st June in honour of our
Holy Wells throughout Ireland who have participated in the Rosary to Our Lady for
May. A bus will depart from Carraroe Church on 1st June at 12.30pm to Knock
where we will celebrate and represent Tobernalt Holy Well. Cost per person £10.

Bereaved
We remember in our prayers the soul of Kathleen McPadden, Tullynascreena,
Dromahair, mother of Maura McSharry, Aughamore Near, whose funeral took place
on Tuesday. May Kathleen rest in peace.
Parish Confirmation
The Sacrament of Confirmation took place in our Parish on Tuesday at 11am.
Please continue to remember the 47 young people who have receive this special
Sacrament in our Parish.
First Friday Calls
All First Friday calls will take place on Thursday morning and afternoon. If you

2. Accord Elphin :Recruitment :Accord is recruiting Marriage Preparation Facilitators
to present Pre- Marriage courses in the Elphin Diocese. Full training provided. Also, a
Certificate in Counselling (Marriage and Relationship) training programme
commencing in October 2019.The Certificate in Counselling is offered to qualified
and experienced counsellors/psychotherapists who have a minimum of 200 hours

Resurrection Garden : The beautiful array of flowers and the overall
expression of life at the Garden of Resurrection helps us to focus on the
hope of the afterlife with Jesus.This week let us pray for the sick of our
