RECRUITMENT - OVERVIEW
• Needed to fill in 34 positions – which included two TL positions in OGX
• Process: Online application > Group Assessment Centre > Individual
Interviews
• 155 online applicants
• 3 nights of AC
• 2 days of Individual interviews
• All positions were successful filled
RECRUITMENT - RTF
• In Dec 2013, we opened up positions for a Recruitment Taskforce (RTF)
• There were three members including a RTF leader who later joined in
the TM team.
• Responsibilities included:
• Logistics
• Screening
• Group Assessment Centre materials and activities

MEMBER ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES
• AIESEC Melbourne Roll Call
• Home Groups in LCM
 Home Groups are used in LCM for discussion points or activities.
 Home Groups are a mix of members and VPs
• Bonding event – TRIVIA
 Competed in Home Groups
• Planning on an AIESEC Cup competition for Semester Two
MEMBERS & AIESEC EXCHANGE
• No winter realisations
• However many have expressed interest to go in the summer.
• Note: 13 members in the LC have been on exchange

• We have four BD members and an integrated FnO member doing sales
currently in AIESEC Melbourne and also including our VPBD Vincent
Chan.
• All members have evolved to Sophomore since their recruitment in
March.

MEMBER RETENTION
• Unfortunately AIESEC Melbourne has seen four member leave this
semester, three of which were senior and another a new recruit.
• The retention rate since March is: 92.66%
TEAM LEADER POSITIONS
• We have three team leader positions in the OGX portfolio
• We had six applicants for them – they were headhunted EPs
• Gavin Chee, a TLOGX, was also the OCP for the Regional Victoria OPS
