Remote learning
● Remote learning provides an opportunity for students and
teachers to remain connected and engaged with the
curriculum while working from their homes.
● Students at Sanskriti benefit from Inclusive Education. It is
critical to understand differences and be accommodative.
● Emphasis on developing life skills
NEVER STOP LEARNING,
BECAUSE LIFE NEVER STOPS TEACHING
Vision Statement
Continuous Evaluation
❖In the Junior school, our system of evaluation is
continuous and it not only recognizes but
celebrates individual differences
❖Formal Unit Test are only in Classes 4 & 5- only
grades are given
● CTIP period starts at 8.00 am
● The new timetable has been designed to give more
emphasis to practise and honing of various learning
skills.
● We have included an activity period everyday. ·
Different activities have been incorporated into our
daily timetable to change the pace and style of learning
especially during these times so that students have an
even greater experience of school and are able to
connect with each other more deeply.
● Breaks have been given between classes
Learning continues…..
Guidelines
▪ Punctuality is essential – Students must join their online classes
on time at 8.00 a.m.
▪ Children must join the classes according to the Time Table and
should be encouraged to follow a regular study routine. It is
essential that they attend all classes through the day and NOT
just select a few. Their overall attendance depends on their
attending all classes.
▪ To keep abreast with the class and be more responsible, it is
imperative to teach them the importance of revising their work.
Please go through their notebooks with them and help them complete
their work.
▪ Safety of your children is of utmost importance to us , so ensure that
they are supervised when they are online. You may unobtrusively keep
an eye on them to check the websites they visit .
Activities to look forward to:
To ensure that we can maintain as much normalcy as
possible we continue to keep our students engaged in
activities that were a part of our normal school routine
● DEAR Time
● Art Day
● Maths Day
● Literary Days
● Children’s day
● Teachers Day
● School Birthday
Keep a consistent
sleep schedule
Establish a
relaxing
bedtime routine
Strictly NO
’screens’ in bed
Monitoring Wellbeing
● Get up at the same time every
day, even on weekends or
during vacations.
● Waking up usually has to be at
a fixed time, hence going to
sleep is at your choosing.
● Set a bedtime schedule that is
early enough for you to get at
least 7 hours of sleep.
● Turn off electronic devices at
least 30 minutes before
bedtime.
● And don’t keep those
smartphones plugged in near
our bed.
● Activate the Do Not Disturb
feature, at a fixed time every
night automatically.
● Exercise regularly-
get at least 30
minutes of vigorous
activity on most if
not all days.
● Make your bedroom
quiet and relaxing.
● Keep the room at a
comfortable, cool
temperature.
● Keep the room as
darkas possible.
● It is our sincere endeavour to reach out to each and
every student .
● For addressing issues related to accessibility to the
Meet Sessions/ Google Classrooms, please do not
hesitate to reach out to the following -
*Ms Suruchi Lal (Jr School Incharge)
*Ms AmbitaVerdi (Inclusive Education Coordinator )
*Class Teachers
Reaching out to our
Young Learners….
▪ Parents are requested to inform the
class teacher in case their child is unwell
and is likely to be absent from class. If ever
your child is unable to join classes, kindly inform
the class teacher by writing an email
▪ Please note email is the preferred method of
communication with teachers and not
WhatsApp messaging..
▪ Do check the school website regularly
Parent support
We thank you dear parents, for working with us
to support our student. We acknowledge how
equally challenging it has been for you, as
parents and families too. We know that our
students have needed your support more than
ever. We also know that they will continue to
need our support, to flourish during and after
this terrible pandemic.
CHANGE IN ADDRESS:
Parents are required to inform the school
authorities/class teacher if there is any change of
address and telephone numbers (Important in case of
emergency and we need to contact the parents)
Parent/student profile should be updated on the school
website regularly.
● The Internet can be a wonderful place to learn, play
games, and talk to friends.
● Unfortunately, there are also predators, identity thieves,
and others online who may try to harm.
● With online classes going on in full swing, children
have to inevitably spend at least a couple of hours in
front of the screen.
● In order to be safe online, it's important for everyone to
be aware of the dangers.
Teaching our children to be safe, responsible,
and respectful online
It is advisable for elders to
always be in the vicinity while
children are using the internet.
IMPORTANT
All games, learning apps and creative tools need
to be checked by parents before being
installed.
From the beginning remind children that
at all times they must:
•Keep your passwords a secret (Parents must
know all passwords but no one else)
•Never share your location
•Never share your phone number
•Or any other personal information like
school name, age etc
Vision Statement
It is our endeavor to equip our
students with the right
attitude and aptitude to face
any challenge in the future.
At some point you just have to let go of
what you thought should happen and live
in what’s happening.........
CAN’T
WAIT
TILL
SCHOOL
STARTS
Till then remember......SMS
● S = Sanitising
● M= Masking
● S = Social Distancing
