3. Step 1
Mam Will elect 6 candidates:-
Those candidates should at least
have 4 votes otherwise they have
to sit down.
If this happens, a new candidate
will be elected by mam.

4. Step 2
The monitor record diary holder will
create a table for candidates elected
by mam and will create a list of 37
students in class for votes.
The person who have to vote will
come to diary holder and tell the
name of the candidate he have to
vote.

5. Step 3
The person with the highest votes
among 6 candidates will become
the main monitor.
The person with the second
highest votes among 6 candidates
will become sub monitor

6. Extra
The main monitor will have Almira
keys, one pass and the power to
give permission to students to go
outside.
The sub monitor will have the
second pass.
