Description of Duties
• Calibration of hatcher machines
• Doing risk assessments on departments
• Communicating problems at all levels of management
• Holding meetings with staff to discuss our daily target
• Stock Taking on our received cleaning equipment (i.e. chemicals, brooms, etc.)
• Provide training of newly hired staff by giving them the company’s induction
• Ensuring that the company reach its daily, weekly and monthly targets as per our KPIs
• Motivating employees and give discipline in case of inappropriate behaviour in a fair
manner according to company’s code of conduct and issue the required training to the
staff that is underperforming.
• Managing stock of cleaning equipment, PPE and fuel for transport

• Inspection of the plant so that it meets with the food safety standards
• Holding meeting with staff to discuss customer requirements
• Undertaking performance management i.e. rating of employees’ performance against
