A $46 billion price tag of CPEC has now increased to $51 billion. This is testament to CPEC's evolving nature. This presentation deals with all that is yet known about one of the most strategic mega-project under China's ambitious "One belt, one road".
The presentation related to the internship at ICCBS and describe the on going project of the ICCBS, which can become the life line of the same organization.
The primary energy demand in India has grown from about 450 million tons of oil equivalent (toe) in 2000 to about 770 million toe in 2012. This is expected to increase to about 1250 (estimated by International Energy Agency) to 1500 (estimated in the Integrated Energy Policy Report) million toe in 2030.
The Overall generation in the country has been increased from 967.150 BU during 2013-14 to 1048.673 BU during the year 2014-15. The Category wise generation performance as follows:-
Thermal Increased by 10.83 %
Hydro Reduced by 4.16 %
Nuclear Increased by 5.47 %
Bhutan Import Reduced by 10.54 %
Overall Growth rate recorded by 8.43 %

T&D Indian (July 2017) - Power T&D Contracting, Going by the government’s impetus and the response of investors, the nation’s renewable energy mission appears to be on track. Though it is premature to forecast whether the target of installing 100 GW of solar and 60 GW of wind power capacity by 2022 will be attained, the country does appear to be moving in the right direction.

2. Conclusion
Huaneng Shandong Ruyi (Pakistan) Energy (Private) Limited is
considered to be an early harvest CPEC project, under close
collaboration between Huaneng Shandong and Shandong Ruyi
Technology Group Co. LTD., with a share of 50% each. However,
the Shandong Huaneng company alone is responsible for the
operation of the plant. It is a 2x660 MW project, which is one of the
first super-critical technology facilities utilized for energy generation
plants in Pakistan. It has the capacity to generate over 9 billion
KHW of electricity annually, which is enough to meet the demand of
over 10 million households. Moreover, the total amount of direct
jobs
generated under the ‘constructional phase’ of
3. Conclusion
this project were almost 6,500, employing 2730 (42 percent) from within
Pakistan and 3770 (58 percent) possessing foreign nationalities. Similarly,
the total direct jobs created under the 'operational phase' are 1,778 from
which 1,107 (62 percent) consist of domestic labourers while 671 (38
percent) are foreigners. It is evident from the survey that the foreign workers
employed in this phase will
return back to their country within 3 years due to the length of their contracts
as well as continuous human resource development as practice on the site
itself. Keeping this in view, an advantageous approach adopted for hiring
labourers in this phase consisted of a policy requiring that all domestic
labourers are freshly qualified engineers from numerous engineering
universities within Pakistan. In addition, new advanced technical training
institutes are planned to open within the premises with the intention of
providing technical training free of cost for the domestic workers. This
certainly is an indication that such projects can enhance the pace of
economic growth and overall productivity in Pakistan via the procurement of
