research, thereby creating long lasting
relationships between Pakistan and Foreign

relationships between ICCBS and industrial firms
both in Pakistan and as well as abroad.

3. 3) The Research Park will finally use ICCBS
“research magnets” for attracting national
and international firms and institutions, thereby
increasing the already important number of
stimulating relationships between local
researchers and external counterpart both in
Pakistan and abroad, in the public and private
laboratories.

 It would provide a platform to the Pakistani
Universities to establish a network of
incubation companies

14. Current Scenario:
 Unable to accomplish it’s desired objective as
per PC-1.
 More than eighty percent of the Project Cost
has been issued by the HEC to the ICCBS.
 Only Civil Work of Industrial Linkages building
has been completed.

15.  Drastic Measures Must be taken to complete
the project.
 The Project has ability or potential to become
the life line of the ICCBS.
 ICCBS can be financially autonomous if the
project will run in it’s true spirit.
 The project will not be consider as an ad hoc
project, proper staff will be inducted to run the
company efficiently.
 Currently those who has been serving to IAC
and interacting with the industrial customers
must be attached with the hired staff.
