NCS Fest was held in 2015 to promote young talent, bring color to life, and pledge British values. The event featured musical performances by NCS graduates in front of 500 people, workshops on British values and adulthood, and the symbolic release of balloons with participants' written aspirations. The highlights included accelerated bonding with the NCS brand, increased social mixing giving participants a sense of belonging, and an explosion of social media activity around images from the event.
