  17. 17. a youth volunteering festival in Plymouth City Centre. Through my youth support officer I heard about the YAT and went along to ask if they could help me to organise the Vestival. The Vestival was a great success. 40 organisations came, and we had loads of workshops & live music giving the event a festival feel. Thousands of people came through the marquee & I met the Mayor & took him on a guided tour of the festival. I really enjoyed the experience and I learned new things in a new area that I never thought I’d get involved in. If anyone had said to me I would be organising a city wide festival 8 months ago I wouldn’t have believed them!!!<br />a youth volunteering festival in Plymouth City Centre.
