This document discusses how an organization develops creativity in young people through film and digital projects, with nearly 4,000 under 25s participating in 2014. It notes that genuine insights about how young people think and behave require activities that allow real-world choices to be documented. The consultation led to the creation of Rife magazine, an online magazine by and for young people covering Bristol culture. Rife had over 26,000 visits and 19,000 users in its first quarter, far exceeding the previous year's figures for a similar publication.
