HISTORY
Nayden Nikolov is co-founder, manager and senior expert at Moby2 Ltd. He has 20 years of experience in
the area of business trainings and consultations. Main author topics are: "Multipliers or Subtracters. How
to motivate and develop people for highest accomplishments", "Business conflict management", "Time
management", "Project management", "Advanced managerial skills", "Added value management - how
to give the highest value to your organization". The trainings he hosted were with the teams of leading IT
and production companies, the banking sector, state and local administrations, national institutions.
Nayden Nikolov is a lecturer in Sofia University "st. Kliment Ohridski" with 20 years of experience in the
area of Social psychology and Social psychology training, member of the Bulgarian Psychological
Association, "Open projects" foundation and the Bulgarian Association of Applied Psychology - he was
awarded the yearly contribution award of the organization, for best PR of the profession. From 2002
until 2007 he is chief expert in the office of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria.
He defines himself as psychologist and innovative entrepreneur, obsessed with knowledge economy. In
this direction are his newest key projects: eLearn.pro and eCompany.pro.

Moby2 Ltd. is a company specializing in trainings, consultations, eLearning, ePublishing and web based
business solutions. Its services are directed towards small and medium sized companies, as well as
towards the global organizations.
eLearn.pro is a professional network for trainings and development. This is a Moby2 project that started
in mid-2015. eLearn.pro is a space for sharing e-books, e-trainings and publications and has the
perspective of becoming a global platform for professional and personal development.
eCompany.pro is a Moby2 project that started in the beginning of 2010. eCompany.pro is a
cloud software service (SaaS) and has broad opportunities for training and development the
personnel of an organization. Along with the traditional functions of such platforms – tests,
questionnaires and other resources, there is a competence management model, 360 degrees
assessment, virtual classroom management and recording and many more functions that significantly
