The National Center for Applied Transit Technology (N-CATT) provides small and rural transit agencies with resources to implement cost-effective technological solutions and innovations. Launched in 2019 and operated through a partnership between the Community Transportation Association of America and Federal Transit Administration, N-CATT analyzes information, plans for agencies, and encourages technology adoption. Some of N-CATT's services include technical assistance strike teams for specific agencies and state summits on technology.

implementation of cost-effective, value-adding
technology.
