After many years in the medical field; I am happy to provide a reference for Natasha.
She is always professional, on time, putting 100% effort forward each day. Her knowledge
and understanding of office procedures, confidentiality, and patient care is excellent and
diverse. Her understanding of medical terminology, and anatomy is all-encompassing. She
always set her goals and strived to either meet or exceed them.
Natasha revealed a vast understanding of OHIP billing procedures; Office policies; Patient
interaction; Clinical testing; and transcription abilities. She understands and relates very
well to the Medical terminology and pathologies learned in class as well as possessing
previous training to apply to her hands on experiences in the classroom. Natasha has
previous in the field experience which has allowed her to display her caring and professional
