To whom it may concern,
Natasha Hind worked as administrative assistant within the Corporate and Professional Development
Unit at Hertfordshire Business School from Jan to July 2016.
We are a fast-paced, busy unit running multiple projects, events and activities supporting a vast array
of products and services. From the outset, Natasha displayed a professional and calm approach and
immediately, engaged with the team and the workload. She was a quick learner, and was able to hit
the ground running, providing superb organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in her
work. Very quickly we were able to give her responsibility beyond her role as an administrative
assistant and she was soon leading projects and events (large and small) in her own right where she
proved herself as confident and capable project manager.
In this capacity, she handled both external customer facing relationships and internal staff
relationships with ease and despite a challenging work-pace, she remained upbeat, cheerful and was
liked by all. A great asset to any team, and much missed by us.
Her practical IT skills also helped us enormously as she was able to learn and implement new systems
easily such as email campaigns, web updates, pricing changes, spreadsheet analysis and of course,
general email correspondence and Office support.
In her 7 months with us, she was always punctual, reliable and didn’t miss a day of work. We would
have been very happy to employe Natasha on a permanent basis, but with her sights set on Australia,
it was not to be. We wish her well in her work experiences down under, and would welcome her back
on her return to the UK.
