Talia was the best Operations Manager I worked for. She is a gifted manager,
very skilled and has great interpersonal skills. Talia demonstrated being in a
good mood no matter what and the team really appreciated this. Her intuitive
leadership style allowed her to be always on top of things. Talia was always
available to us and listened and answered any questions from the team. She
treated all her employees equally. Since Talia came as a manager for our
department, our performance and teamwork improved significantly. She will bring
the same attributes to any company.
