Name of Institution

The name of this institution is Gram Sudhar Yuva Sanghathan Dhanuri and it will remain
so.

Position of office

Its working field would remain limited upto complete village Dhanauri, Tehsil Narwana,
Distt Jind

Aim/Motive of Institution This institution has following aims :-

   •      Organize programmes for the all developments viz: physical, mental of youths
          and also organize different programmes in sports, cultural activities, Educational
          development of youth.
   •      Make efforts about remaining social evils viz: Dowry system, drugs, childhood
          marriage.
   •      Encourage tree plantation, Family welfare cleanliness, providing education to
          aged persons etc in the programmes of social welfare.
   •      Provide help in getting self employment given to jobless youth persons.
   •      Provide help in getting Gram development in government and non government
          department.
   •      Give much stress on female education.

There is no personal benefits in completion of aforesaid aim.

Note :-

   •      The property and income of institution will be used for the welfare of
          institution.Anyone from the institution of property rights would not be any undue
          spending. Nor any person any money given as bonus or Avidetk
   •      All members will be honorary organization nor any member shall be as few as
          labour. If any member go out to all function of members, you can be the bus fare
          of come and for this it is necessary for him to sign the related officer.
   •      If institution has any profit or income it will be spent for the welfare of institution.
   •      Any reasons, the body breaks down, then no particular person or member shall be
          liable for institution’s property, borrowing and liabilities.but his whole body in a
          state of such goods shall be transferred to an institution ideology.

Aim/Motive of Institution

This institution has fullowing aims :-

   •      Organize programmes for the all developments viz: physical, mental of youths

Membership :-

The person should have fullwing qualification to be a member of institution.

   •   He should work in work area of institution..
   •   Age should be between 15 to 35 years
   •   He should not be mental or bankrupt.
   •   He should hae firm interest and faith in aim of institution.
   •   he should take the interest of institution over its own interest.
   •   He should be from any caste or religion.

Classification of member

The member of institution can be classified by fullowing ways.
Ordinary Member: That yuvak who gives entry fee of Rs 12 and one rupees per month as
donation. That can be classified as ordinary member.
Advisor: His age should be more than 35 years. Any 3 to 5 persons can be appointed as
advisor without taking donation from any kind. They have no right of voting

Dismissal from membership :-

There are fullowing ways to dismiss the membership of members.

   •   After death
   •   After giving resignation.
   •   To do work against the aim of institution.
   •   After completing the age of 35 years.
   •   Continuous absent from 3 meetings.
   •   Continuously not paying the dues for three months.
   •   If the person is found guilty by administrative committee, then the appeal of
       aforesaid suspension would lie within a period of 15 days of pass of orders, in
       writing and in that condition the final decision would be taken with majority of
       general assembly.

Ordinary Assembly
All the members explained in Sub rule 5 of Institution will form the ordinary meeting

Rights and duties of ordinary Assembly

The rights and duties of ordinary meeting will :-

   •   Elect the management.
   •   To pass the annual budget.
   •   To review the works done by executive committee and corroborate the same
   •   Making amendment and addition with 2/3 majority of total members of institution
       in the legislation.
   •   Get audit conducted about the income as well as expenditure.

Meetings of Ordinary Assembly :-

   1. 4 meetings of Ordinary assembly will be compulsory in one year but on need
      Head/Sachiv can call special meeting.
   2. The corum of ordinary assembly will be 1/3 of total member.
   3. The intimation of metting will be given before 7 days and intimation regarding
      urgent meeting will be given before 3 days.
   4. In absence of corum the meeting will adjourned and it will on same day and same
      time as fixed earlier. There is no need of corum in such meeting but the matter
      under consideration will remain same as were in previous agenda. On the written
      application of 1/3 or 1/5 member which ever is less, it is difficult for Deputy-
      Commissioner/President to cancel the meetings within 7 days of meeting. A
      notice can be issued by any of the aforesaid member for not telling the date of
      meeting in fixed period by President/Deputy-commissioner.In such adjourned
      meeting inspite of present member, the presence of 2 officer of executive
      committee is necessary

The rights and duties of officer of executive :-

The fullowing will be the rights and duties of the working authority:

   •   President
   •   Chairmanship of meetings.
   •   On equality of votes give decisive opinion.
   •   Convened the meetings
   •   Represent the institution.
   •   to mark signature on constitution and other documents.
   •   Deputy Chairman
   •   In the absence of president, use the whule rights of president
   •   Use other rights of executive.
   •   Secretary
   •   Convened the meeting.
   •   To write the proceedings and to keep the record.
•   To contrul over the income expenditure.
   •   To contrul over the salaried workers and to pas their salary and fair bill
   •   Administer the institution and to sign the legal documents from side of institution.
   •   Make correspondence
   •   To do the needful for the protection of wealth.
   •   Treasurer
   •   To prepare the annual account.
   •   To contrul over the daily account.
   •   To get and give receipt ofDonation/charges/grant.
   •   To affluent the other pradapt work.

Insitution Fund :-

The fund of institution will be cullected by fullowing ways:

   •   Donation. 2. Charges. 3. Grant. 4. Help 5. State Grant.
   •   The aforesaid cullected amount will preserve in any nationalized bank.
   •   President/Secretary/DTO——–

Formation of Executive :-

Work organization running smoothly will consitute Executive. The fullwing are the
officer:

   •   One Executive
   •   One Deputy-Commissioner
   •   One Secretary
   •   One Fund Officer
   •   Five Members

In this way there will 4 officer and 5 member and total 9 member.

Election of Executive :-

   •   Election of Executive institution for period of 2 year majority of 2/3 of ordinary
       assembly.
   •   Election will be done by indirect mehtod.
   •   The appointment of election officer will be done by ordinary assembly.

Right and duties of Executive :-

The fullowing are the rights and duties of Exective:

   •   Enrulment and expelled of member.
   •   Prepare annual budget.
   •   Protect the property of institution.
•   Appoint the salaried employee sic.
•   Implement the decision passed by ordinary assembly.
•   Make new subcommittee.
•   Do other work for the welfare of institution.

If any member go out to all function of members, you can be the bus fare of come and for this it is necessary for him to sign the related officer. • If institution has any profit or income it will be spent for the welfare of institution. • Any reasons, the body breaks down, then no particular person or member shall be liable for institution’s property, borrowing and liabilities.but his whole body in a state of such goods shall be transferred to an institution ideology. Aim/Motive of Institution This institution has fullowing aims :- • Organize programmes for the all developments viz: physical, mental of youths and also organize different programmes in sports, cultural activities, Educational development of youth.

Make efforts about remaining social evils viz: Dowry system, drugs, childhood marriage. • Encourage tree plantation, Family welfare cleanliness, providing education to aged persons etc in the programmes of social welfare. • Provide help in getting self employment given to jobless youth persons. • Provide help in getting Gram development in government and non government department. • Give much stress on female education. There is no personal benefits in completion of aforesaid aim. Membership :- The person should have fullwing qualification to be a member of institution. • He should work in work area of institution.. • Age should be between 15 to 35 years • He should not be mental or bankrupt. • He should hae firm interest and faith in aim of institution. • he should take the interest of institution over its own interest. • He should be from any caste or religion. Classification of member The member of institution can be classified by fullowing ways. Ordinary Member: That yuvak who gives entry fee of Rs 12 and one rupees per month as donation. That can be classified as ordinary member. Advisor: His age should be more than 35 years. Any 3 to 5 persons can be appointed as advisor without taking donation from any kind. They have no right of voting Dismissal from membership :- There are fullowing ways to dismiss the membership of members. • After death • After giving resignation. • To do work against the aim of institution. • After completing the age of 35 years. • Continuous absent from 3 meetings. • Continuously not paying the dues for three months. • If the person is found guilty by administrative committee, then the appeal of aforesaid suspension would lie within a period of 15 days of pass of orders, in writing and in that condition the final decision would be taken with majority of general assembly. All the members explained in Sub rule 5 of Institution will form the ordinary meeting Rights and duties of ordinary Assembly The rights and duties of ordinary meeting will :- • Elect the management. • To pass the annual budget. • To review the works done by executive committee and corroborate the same • Making amendment and addition with 2/3 majority of total members of institution in the legislation. • Get audit conducted about the income as well as expenditure. Meetings of Ordinary Assembly :- 1. 4 meetings of Ordinary assembly will be compulsory in one year but on need Head/Sachiv can call special meeting. 2. The corum of ordinary assembly will be 1/3 of total member. 3. The intimation of metting will be given before 7 days and intimation regarding urgent meeting will be given before 3 days. 4. In absence of corum the meeting will adjourned and it will on same day and same time as fixed earlier. There is no need of corum in such meeting but the matter under consideration will remain same as were in previous agenda. On the written application of 1/3 or 1/5 member which ever is less, it is difficult for Deputy- Commissioner/President to cancel the meetings within 7 days of meeting. A notice can be issued by any of the aforesaid member for not telling the date of meeting in fixed period by President/Deputy-commissioner.In such adjourned meeting inspite of present member, the presence of 2 officer of executive committee is necessary The rights and duties of officer of executive :- The fullowing will be the rights and duties of the working authority: • President • Chairmanship of meetings. • On equality of votes give decisive opinion. • Convened the meetings • Represent the institution. • to mark signature on constitution and other documents. • Deputy Chairman • In the absence of president, use the whule rights of president • Use other rights of executive. • Secretary • Convened the meeting. • To write the proceedings and to keep the record.

To contrul over the income expenditure. • To contrul over the salaried workers and to pas their salary and fair bill • Administer the institution and to sign the legal documents from side of institution. • Make correspondence • To do the needful for the protection of wealth. • Treasurer • To prepare the annual account. • To contrul over the daily account. • To get and give receipt ofDonation/charges/grant. • To affluent the other pradapt work. Insitution Fund :- The fund of institution will be cullected by fullowing ways: • Donation. 2. Charges. 3. Grant. 4. Help 5. State Grant. • The aforesaid cullected amount will preserve in any nationalized bank. • President/Secretary/DTO——– Formation of Executive :- Work organization running smoothly will consitute Executive. The fullwing are the officer: • One Executive • One Deputy-Commissioner • One Secretary • One Fund Officer • Five Members In this way there will 4 officer and 5 member and total 9 member. Election of Executive :- • Election of Executive institution for period of 2 year majority of 2/3 of ordinary assembly. • Election will be done by indirect mehtod. • The appointment of election officer will be done by ordinary assembly. Right and duties of Executive :- The fullowing are the rights and duties of Exective: • Enrulment and expelled of member. • Prepare annual budget. • Protect the property of institution.
