“Nam nuang”
• Nem nướng (literally "grilled sausage"),is Vietnamese
grilled pork sausage or grilled meatball and a
popular Vietnamese food item, sometimesserved as an
individual appetizer or snack, or served withrice noodles or
rice as a main course. Nem nướngis a specialty of Khánh
Hòa Province (Nha Trang).
Ingredients
• Pork crushing half a kilo.
• grounded port 250g
• flour 1 tbsp
• Sauce2 tbsp.
• Pepper1 tbsp
• minced garlic1 tbsp
Method
• 1. Prepare thesauce by boiling water untilcooked rice and
green beans with rice and beans, thenrake the ground.
• 2. Remove the oilpan, stir fry theonion, peppers, garlic, breast
soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper and simmer for a while,
put sesame seeds mixed with sticky rice and green beans
mixed togetherand served in a bowl of sauce before being
cooked, baked or Ping.
• 3. Serve with sauce and a side of sour due.
