The Warehouse Cafe provides an afford-
able onsite dining option for ANKEN prop-
erties. Offering a friendly relaxed atmo-
sphere, the cafe serves up freshly made,
healthy options for breakfast, lunch and
dinner. Private event catering is also avail-
able.
Warehouse咖啡馆为安垦各个物业提供了经济
实惠的用餐选择。咖啡馆为大家提供一个轻松友
好的氛围，并提供新鲜，健康的三餐。同时也为
私人活动提供餐饮服务。

OUR INITIATIVES
我们的倡议
Urban Farming began at ANKEN as a way
to recycle waste and grow organic produce
for the Warehouse Cafe. Food scraps and
coffee grounds are fed to our worm farm,
the worms turn the waste into organic fer-
tilizer which then nourishes our rooftop
vegetables and herbs.
ANKEN partners with community groups
such as Good to China’s Sky Farms initia-
tive, in order to share our urban farming
experiences with the wider community.
城市农场在安垦起源于对咖啡馆废弃物的实验性
回收再利用。废弃食物和咖啡残渣用于饲养蚯
蚓，蚯蚓把废弃物转变为有机肥，用以滋养屋顶
城市农场所种植的蔬菜及香料。
安垦也与一些社区组织进行合作，例如 Good to
China的天空农场计划，以此与更多的社区分享
我们城市农场的经验。
