We built tablet (7 inch touch screen) using Mini2440 board

Pengutronix offers a free Board Support Package for the popular
FriendlyARM's Mini2440 with that features
• The board has many advanced features like Blue tooth module, Wi-Fi,
LCD touch screen interface, Ethernet, USB ports … etc.
• CPU(Samsung S3C2440A400MHzMax. 533Mh)
• SDRAM(64M SDRAM -32bit Data Bus)
• OS support (Linux -Windows CE.Net 5.0-ubuntu-android)
• We deployed Linux on the board and configured it well to control
different features on the board

We use Orcad at the beginning by using the schematics of motherboards to
make layout of my board with my feature I need
The software package I use is:
− Debian (Ubuntu) Systems. I used dpkg (Depain Package Software
Management) system to manage the software installed on the board
The project separate in three phases:
− C++
− Embedded Linux (the project depend on it)
− Firm ware (Nand Nor memories)
