Sprint Retrospective is one of the key advantages of the Agile practice and is
considered to be sacrosanct for the team to improve quality and productivity of
their delivery. The Retrospective is a "Team only" meeting facilitated by the
Scrum master wherein the team gets together to answer these 4 questions in a
positive approach

What didn't go so well
What we should do more of
What we should do differently next time
What did you do in this sprint and
why you did like this ?
Where and when did things go
wrong
What do you expect from team
members ? Why did you feel this
way
If you could change 1 thing, what is
it
Which tools and techniques proved
to be of great help and what did not
help ?
The entire objective of this ceremony is to create an air of open communication
and positivity within the team members. Acknowledge your mistakes and learn
from them, Extend your retrospection to address these questions as well
