Students should be told that they can be a great power if they come together as a team.

1. I am just a firecracker but you are the firework that
splendours the night sky. I am just a star, but you are the sun
that brightens the whole world. I am a mere drop, but you
are an ocean without shores. You lament that you have to
undertake a long journey, but I see success waiting for you
just around the corner. Experience has taught me that hard
work yields positive results. So, stay focused on your quest
for knowledge.
