This document discusses a student's use of various social media and online tools to help learn English outside of the classroom. The student finds social networks useful for reading articles and analyzing different points of view in discussions. Looking up song lyrics helps with vocabulary and pronunciation. The student also learns from information classmates share in English. While Twitter has been used a few times to see English posts, the student relies most on a messaging platform to send homework, documents, and other course materials to teachers and peers, usually in English. Continuing to read more documents is seen as a way to further improve English skills.
