5 speaking rules you need to know
1. Don't focus too much on grammar rules when trying to become fluent in speaking English. While grammar is important for exams, it can slow down natural speech. Instead, learn phrases that allow you to create many correct sentences.
2. Practice speaking the material you hear and read out loud. Many people can read and listen in English but cannot speak fluently because they don't practice speaking. Repeating material out loud helps speaking become automatic.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

- 3. TELEVISION: This is one tool that I use to have an English environment watching tv shows in English. The best of this is that I can improve my listening with this tool.
- 4. FACEBOOK I use Facebook to learn how to write in english in a good way with other people. Also there are some groups when people posts topics and you can comment that with your ideas about it.
- 5. YOUTUBE I use youtube to listen to music in english and also ,i f i dont know the lyrics i can watch them in youtube. This is a good way to learn more vocabulary and for improving my listening, but also if i want i can sing the songs and i will improve in my pronounciation too.
- 6. VIBER I use viber to talk with people of other countries who can talk English if i want , because in viber i can also chat with other people . But i think that is more important when i talk in english because i can improve my listening and speaking
- 7. SMART PHONES With my smart phones i can download some apps who help me to comunicate me with other people who can speak english and also some apps who are in english. There i acquire more vocabulary.
- 8. GOOGLE TRASLATE With google tralate I can traslate some words that i dont know how to write them in English and also, i can listen the pronounciation of those words.
- 9. BLOGS I use my blog to post some homeworks that I do to share with all the people who wants to know what kind of homewors am I doing and somethings like that.
- 10. WEBQUEST. With webquest I can post some information about what I want the students to do and also I can evaluate them. This help me to get in touch with a better English environment and that is so goog.
- 11. TWITTER. Nowadays I have been using twitter in one of my english classes. So now it can helps me to improve my vocabulary with new things and also with some pages that I can follow. Those pages are so interesting with a lot of good information that can helps me to learn more.
