2. BREAKFAST
This is my breakfast . I
usually have sandwich
for my breakfast.
I put bread, egg,
cheese, ham and
vegetables in it. I think
they are very healthy.
Sometimes I will drink a
cup of milk too.
3. BREAKFAST
Sometimes I will have
Chinese style breakfast.
Such as congee, deep
fried dough and soy
milk. We put a lot of
different stuff in our
congee including meat
and vegetables.
4. LUNCH
Usually I will bring lunch
to school everyday
myself. I like eat rice. So
I will bring many food
with rice. Those food
includes
chicken, beef, fish, and
different vegetables.
Sometimes I will eat egg
too.
5. LUNCH
I will also eat western
style lunch. Such as
pizza, hamburger,
pastas and so on. They
are very good and I like
them very much.
6. DINNER
We usually have big
dinner with family
together. We will have a
lot of dishes and rice
too. The dishes always
have balanced nutrition.
They includes protein
and vegetables.
7. DINNER
After each meal, I will
eat fruits. I like many
different fruits such as
bananas, apples and
oranges. They are good
for my health.
