Biography
   A former HR Director with a strong business background.

   First-hand experience of change leadership in the financial services
    sector. He combines practical knowledge of people processes with a keen
    sense of business focus.

   As International HR Director at Credit Agricole, Nigel led the HR stream of
    a business turn-around for one of Greece’s leading retail banks.

   He has delivered post-merger integration initiatives as UK HR Director of
    Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (aka Calyon).

   Solid credentials in sales and marketing, having initially built a career in
    corporate and investment banking, where he most recently developed a
    successful business in the U.S. automotive sector. In addition, he has
    experience in banking for the oil and gas industry as well as a wide range
    of other sectors.

   An MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and a Modern
    Languages Degree from Bristol University.

   Fluent in French and German and has lived and worked in many different
    countries.
