In 2010, installed a three hot press plus one cold press system, each press with ten openings.
5,000 SF building expansion to house these 3 10-opening Burkle PC-controlled lamination system, which is the most Automated System in North American (N.A.).
In addition, hot oil is used to heat the platens, thereby ensuring heat is applied uniformly to panels.

lamination machine is made to handle various films with different mechanical and chemical characteristics and with even opposing sensibility to heat or solvents.
The overall vision of this project is to gain a greater understanding of the hand lamination
process, and then apply this knowledge. Once captured, this information has to potential to allow
development of automated lamination processes. It also has application to allow designers to better
understand how parts could be made, and how difficult it might be. The information could be used to
compare different laminators work, giving improvements in quality assurance.

The UVB-1- bitumen unit is designed for the production of anionic and cationic bitumen emulsions, which are used in road construction for the following purposes:
- tack-coating of the old road pavement base before laying new asphalt
concrete;
- preparation of cold asphalt concrete mixes;
- surface treatment of pavements;
- thin protective coatings;
- road top patching;
- dampproofing of buildings and structures;
- soft roofs construction and repairing.
Results of a recent survey of the top 40 domestic bare printed circuit board manufacturers. The survey evaluated the PCB fabricators on the following quality system certifications: UL, ITAR, C 7000, AS9100 and TS16949.
PCBs are electronic real estate. Establishing the foundation for assembly, there is a direct correlation between the reliability of a final electronic product and the bare printed circuit board. There is much to knowing what it takes as both a buyer and a producer of of PCBs to ensure high-reliability PCB performance.
